Interamerican is a multi-distribution insurance company serving over one million individual and corporate clients. As a member of the ACHMEA group, the company has been operating in Greece since its founding in 1969.

Since 2021 Interamerican has been using eFront to train 1,500 learners annually— standardizing onboarding, and managing ongoing insurance advisors’ skills, certification, and compliance training.

The training challenge
