What does the term “fully-managed” mean?
When we say “fully-managed” we mean that everything you’ll ever need for your portal to run smoothly will be covered by our team of experts. Including a Private Cloud Network (dedicated virtual machine hosted on our infrastructure), backups, security updates and system upgrades.
Can I host your product in my infrastructure?
Of course. In addition to our fully-managed private cloud solution, you have the option to install our software in your own infrastructure. And for the same price!
Do you offer higher user limits with any of your plans?

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any given time?
You can upgrade to a larger plan at any time during your subscription, any remaining credit will be considered towards the upgrade fee and you can downgrade starting from your next payment cycle.
Are there any limitations on bandwidth or storage?
There are no limitations on bandwidth. As for storage, depending on your pricing plan, each server comes with a pre-defined storage amount that can be extended for an additional fee.
