Track the progress<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Employee training tracking reports are a key feature of your\u00a0employee\u00a0development program.<\/strong> They should begin from the moment the individual T&amp;D has been agreed, then follow the employee\u2019s progress through it, and end with checking they\u2019ve completed the target and given feedback.
